Perfect for those on a budget, walk-through consultations offer the same detailed home inspection as our general and yearly home inspections at a reduced cost. You schedule the time using our online scheduling tool and we will walk through your home with you and identify areas that need attention. To save costs, we cut out the report, but still provide you with the information about potential problems, maintenance, repairs, and replacements needed.

We also direct you to areas that can be improved to provide enhanced energy efficiency. Our detail-oriented crew finds foundation cracks, leaks, and other potential problems.

During a walk-through consultation, we check the 4 major components of your property, including:

  • Heating & Cooling Systems
  • Exterior Grounds & Slope/Grading
  • Ground Level Roof
  • This consult very limited compare to a standard inspection.
