 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mr. Thornton’s excellent service started w/ his transparent & understanding style of communication. He utilizes advanced digital technology to complete the job and confirm appointments, etc., but there’s always a human touch behind the communication, whether it’s a phone call or face-to-face conversation about the inspection.

Mr. Thornton arrived on time and went out of his way to explain some of the outdoor situations around the house that could be ameliorated by the HOA. Then, he was kind, patient and understanding with both my mom and her dog as he worked his way through the house. My mom‘s dog fell in love with him, and he was patient with her as she wanted to follow him around the house, and even stood and stared after him after he went outdoor, she could see through. (If you’re the kind of person who believes that animals are a far better judge of character than humans, than Mr. Thornton is the man for you.)

After he completed the inspection, he walked my mom and I all the way through his findings, and the full inspection report was in my inbox in less than an hour. There were even a few things he found in the attic that were not a part of a typical inspection that Mr. Thornton was kind enough to share.

I would absolutely, w/o hesitation work with this company again.

These guys were our inspector.
They missed:  Termite damage, black mold, and our chimney cap being completely sealed off.  I do NOT recommend this company.

You claim that you have no records under my name, yet re-sent the inspection report last night after I left my review, trying to get out of this by maintaining that "furniture was in the way."  Hysterical.

While I will give grace for some bookshelves that hid some of the termite damage, the black mold was "hidden" behind some coats in a coat closet, and behind a fridge in the garage that would have easily been discovered if you only shined a flashlight behind it.

Should I have written a review sooner?  Sure.  But we've been too busy working to either afford to pay for repairs, or doing the repairs ourselves.
